Here at Pennhobby we strive to work with customers and get them what they want. ALL BAGS are custom and Made Per Order.
If a customer is not happy with our product they can contact us for a possible return or a solution. ALL RETURNS WILL GET A 40% RESTOCKING FEE. You have 14 days from time of delivery to be elible for a return. Customer will pay shipping cost to return bags. All returns have to be approved to qualify for a refund. Please email www.Pennbags@Gmail.com to see if you qualify.
Refunds will be processed AFTER bags has been returned and inspected. ALL returned bags have to be NEW and UNUSED or this will void being qualified for a refund.
